Everything is good.
It's excellent place for sightseeing and exploring Banff. Impressive rooms complete with a good shower, a long balcony and nice view, great staff. The setting is incredible and magnificent, just next door to restaurants, downtown and river, and beautiful park. Grizzly House Restaurant, where you can eat lunch, is not too far away from the hotel, enjoyed this place

The breakfast was just a tray full of uninspiring pre-packaged items, just unacceptable for the price paid. The radiator in my room made noises all night like a horror movie. It's almost like they don't care about their guests' comfort. A complimentary gesture would have been nice, but I guess I woudl ve been asking too much.

Cozy room, convenient breakfast. The room was a Standard Queen Room with a tv and a kettle, while breakfast provisions included fresh fruit and yogurt to fuel our adventures.
No faults whatsoever.

The family room was clean and spacious.
The breakfast options were limited and mostly pre-packaged. I found the parking situation to be challenging, with very few spots available. We did not feel the value matched the price of nearly $200 CAD per night.

Comfortable Stay with Generous Breakfast
We enjoyed 4 nights in the Standard Queen Room. The beds felt plush after adventurous days. Breakfast provisions were abundant, fueling our hikes-think yogurt and muffins! Be mindful of tight parking spots, but the easy walk to town makes it worthwhile. Perfect for groups looking for comfort.

comfortable room but parking could be tight
The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed that helped us relax after our long hikes. Breakfast provisions were abundant, including fresh yogurt, muffins, and eggs, made mornings enjoyable. I appreciated having a fridge in the room, we could store our snacks and drinks. The location was great, a short walk to town, yet peaceful enough to unwind.
Parking could be tight at times, especially during busy periods.

Our stay was good with comfortable beds. Breakfast options, left in the fridge, were perfect for fueling our adventures. Just a bit cramped on-site parking.

The location offered a nice balance of being close to the town yet secluded enough to avoid noise disturbances. The breakfast provisions were plentiful-including hard-boiled eggs, muffins, and yogurt-sufficient for hiking days. The room was spacious, with a kettle and Keurig that added to the convenience. Parking could be tight at times, and it would have been ideal to have more diverse breakfast options than the mostly pre-packaged items provided.
